TERMS OF SERVICE FOR THE WAPITI PLAYERS LEAGUE
Welcome to The Wapiti Players League (hereafter referred to as “WPL”, “we”, “us”, “our” or, "League"). By using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms of service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our services.
Membership
To become a member of WPL, you must complete the registration process and agree to these Terms. WPL reserves the right to refuse membership to any person for any reason.
Use of Services
WPL provides services to its members, including but not limited to, access to adult recreational hockey leagues, tournaments, and events. You agree to use the services provided by WPL only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the services by, any third party.
Modification of Services
WPL reserves the right to modify, add, or delete any of its services at any time without notice to you.
Payment Terms
Membership fees, tournament fees, and other charges associated with using the services of WPL must be paid in full before participation in the leagues, tournaments, or events. WPL reserves the right to change its fees at any time, and any change to fees will be communicated to members in a timely manner.
Refund Policy
WPL does not offer refunds for membership fees, tournament fees, or other charges associated with using its services.
Intellectual Property
The content, logos, and other materials available on the WPL website are the property of WPL and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use these materials for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of WPL.
Termination of Services
WPL may terminate your membership and access to its services at any time, for any reason, and without notice to you.

WPL makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of its services, the information, content, or materials included on its website, or the results of using its services. WPL does not warrant that its services will be uninterrupted or error-free, and WPL will not be liable for any interruptions or errors. The League does not warrant that the website and its services will be uninterrupted or error-free, and will not be responsible for any interruptions or errors.
Governing Law
These Terms and your use of the services provided by WPL shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada, applicable therein.
