How to pay your fees

Team fees for 2024/25 Season

Once your team manager decided how much your team fees will be, players can send their team fee a few ways.

  1. Send your fee to your team manager and your manager will pay the league.
  2. By E-Transfer - You can send your portion of the teams fee as an E-Transfer to info@wplgp.ca  ** Please ensure that your full name is in the message line within the e-transfer.
  3. By Credit card - Credit card payments can be made by contacting your team manager for the link for their teams invoice.  That link will allow you to process your portion via quickbooks payments.  

League Fees

  • ABOUT THE WPL 2024/25 SEASON:

We are currently have ice booked for only 32 teams. Depending on if more teams register, we will have 4 divisions.  Stats, standings and rosters are included in the yearly fee will be tracked right here on our website. 

We encourage teams to get registered with the league as early as possible.  You don't have to be competitive to play in the lower divisions.  It's a great alternative so you don't have to book your own ice times and work out a schedule  

WHAT'S INCLUDED WITH YOUR FEES

Each game includes 2 refs and a scorekeeper.  A website to track live game scoring and stats.  

SEASON STARTS October 1st.
DEADLINE FOR TEAM REGISTRATION - Sept 6th

Playoff format is best of 3 for all Quarter final, Semi Final and 5 Game final series for each division.

FEES 

Team Fee: $8500(plus tax) per team
Insurance: $462(plus tax) per team 

Total: $8965 plus GST

$4462.50 paid on or before September 7th.  Remainder of your balance paid on or before Dec 15th or the realignment stage(10 games).

A 50% ($4462.50) PAID BY on or before September 7th TO SECURE YOUR TEAM IN THE SCHEDULE.
Remainder of your invoice must be paid by Dec 15th.  If your invoice is not paid your team will be removed from the schedule with no refund.
