We have a 24 hour rule for all player reports regarding complaints.
Due to emotions in the game of Hockey, you must wait 24 hours before submitting a report that is in the form of a complaint. This is so that cooler heads prevail and you had time to think about your report and what you will be submitting.
Disrespect in any manner directed towards any Official, Player or rink staff will be taken very seriously.
Please be as descriptive as possible. The more information you provide the better.
Please do not use terms such as: "I feel...", "I think..." Instead use, "I seen or saw..." and "I know..."
You will want to ensure we have the facts and not what you think or though you saw. We can not make decisions based on speculation and opinions. You will be contacted to discuss the situation so please ensure that you are prepared for this phone call.
